One Tree Hill Season Three Review
WB
September 30th, 2006

Highschool and drama. Both very seperate words, yet the two always seem to collide whether we're talking about real high school, Laguna Beach, The O.C., or One Tree Hill. "One Tree Hill Season Three" has finally hit store shelves on DVD, and if highschool drama is what you're craving then this box set is a must-have. Season Three will suck you into all the juicy controversy, from who will win the cheerleading tournament or the state basketball championshiop all the way to a few select characters finally finding out who their real father, and brother really are. Personally I really can't stand the show, but I won't let my bias get in the way of making this review. "One Tree Hill" has become wildly popular around the country, and it really shows no sign of stopping. Season Three is as dramatic and addicting as they come, and is a must-have for every single fan out there.

Fans of a show will buy the DVD sets regardless of the extra features, but having some cool add-in's are always a nice plus. Season Three of "One Tree Hill" gets an A+ in my gradebook for a stellar special features list that rivals the best DVD box sets out there today. First off you get an insane 30 minutes of completely never-before-seen scenes. That alone would be worth the purchase price for hardcore fans, but alas there is much more to be told. Fans will also be getting a cool feature called "Anatmoy of an Episode", which they take five episodes and completely dissect them complete with full audio commentary! Not too shabby eh? Last but not least you'll also get a pretty funny gag reel to close out the extra features. To be honest, I wish every DVD box set had these kinds of special features; then again, I wouldn't really need to review all of them would I? Season Three of "One Tree Hill" on DVD is a phenomenal box set, and it receives my highest and utmost recommendation.
