Hot Wheels Acceleracers The Ultimate Race Review

When you're a small business owner like myself, you come off as mysterious to interested ladies; um, if there are any. A few days ago I had the pleasure of entertaining a young lass, who we'll call "Betty" for shits and giggles. I invited her over to watch a film that I had to review, and that she could help by giving me another perspective. Little did she know that we would be watching "Hot Wheels Aceleracers: The Ultimate Race", and let's just say as soon as we sat down on the couch she had a change of heart and promptly left. I thought chicks digged movies with hot cars? Who cares if they're miniature; screw you, Betty! The moral of the story fellas, if you happen to be reading this and laughing at me, is that while you may enjoy a nice "Hot Wheels" movie from time to time, it's best to leave it on the shelf when you have a lady friend over. Heed by advice and don't let history repeat itself.
Finally, let's move onto the DVD. "The Ultimate Race" is the fourth movie release of a collection which size is beyond me; I apologize, but I don't feel like looking up how many of these they've made. Nevertheless the animated film was halfway decent, for a cartoon about miniature cars, and Warner Bros even threw on a couple worthwhile special features. In the extras you'll be walking away with 4 bonus micro adventures, which are cartoon episodes in themselves, which is very cool. Aside from that you get a "Weblink to the Online Acceleracers World", which is nothing more than a glorified fuckin website; to kids though it's exciting. So yeah, as far as college students go this title probably isn't high on your "Most Wanted" lists, but I know damn well some of you are still sleeping in Hot Wheel car beds, a la Grandma's Boy; "Dude your bed is a car." "Yeah, but it's a fuckin sweet car." If you don't plan on getting laid for an extended period of time and enjoy Hot Wheels, then "The Ultimate Race" deserves a spot in your virgin DVD collection immediately.
