It's best at places with students from all over the world or US. Everyone dress in a way that represents your hometown/state/country. (Wear a crab costume for Maryland, Dress like a guido for NJ, wear keystone beer boxes to represent PA, Dress in a bear costume for CA, wear a cheese hat for WI, ect. If you are boring you could just wear a hometown sports jersey.
