Party took place at: Harrisburg, PA
Get a bunch of fake money. Exchange 5$ at the door for 20 fake dollars. At the end of the night, whoever has the most money gets half of all the money you made. You get to keep the rest. The point is to get people to do crazy things for money. Works Great!
