Office Space Movie Shrine
"Office Space" first hit theatres back in 1999, but it didn't do very well. The DVD sales on the other hand have been astronomical due to the insane cult-following this hilarious movie has generated. Office Space was written and directed by Mike Judge, who you may remember created the short-lived MTV cartoon, "Beavis and Butthead" a ways back. The entire movie makes fun of the daily work routine at a software company called Initech, and how a couple employees are fed up with their jobs. I'm assuming most of you have seen Office Space already at least a couple hundred times, hence the reason for creating the shrine in the first place. Outside of "Caddyshack" and "Tommy Boy", I can't think of a more quoted film in the college realm that's more popular than Office Space. In fact, I dare you to try and find someone that has not seen this movie. I bet, no I guarantee, that you will find at least one copy of this film on every floor of every dorm on campus. If you can't, then let me know and I'll gladly eat some crow, and in return for your hard detective work I'll send you a copy of the movie on DVD. How's that sound?
